Queensland

QLDTraffic Central West as at 9:45am 25 September 2026: no closures listed for the district. TMR does not certify remote park tracks or creek fords.

The QAA Line camping page is live. The standard summer closure listed there is 1 December to 15 March. A live booking page is not a ranger telling you the park is open.

Older wording still on the SA bulletin

Bulletin 877 still contains a sentence that Queensland was closed at the time of publishing. That is leftover wording from 1st September 2026. It is not today's Queensland Parks list, and it is not a second current status.

Unofficial local note

Mt Dare Hotel track notice, dated 1st of September 2026. This is not a parks agency alert.

  • Eyre Creek bypass reported open.
  • QAA line crossing reported still impassable.
